Particularly during October it was produces 123 853 t of ammonia (+ 4,1% comparing to October 2007), 79 152 t of urea (+3,1%), 49529 t of granulated ammonium nitrate (+24,7%), 2 642 t of sodium nitrate (+14,9%). Also it was produced 94 mln. 389 ths. items of medicines, same level of October 2007. Also at the level of October 2007 it was production volume of Stirol own electrical power, i.e. 15,6 ths. kWth. Due to maintenance of sulfuric acid plant during October it was reduced sulfuric acid production by 15,5%. Collapse of construction volumes in this country, resulted in demand slump for construction materials has leaded to production decrease of polystyrenes by 4,6%.
